Please take the time to read everything on this page and fill out my questionnaire then please fill out my contract below.  I will love your baby and spoil it just like one of my own. If you should have a name for him/her please let me know so I can start calling it by its name. DEPOSIT ON BABIES

Before I will accept a deposit you must answer my questionnaire.  Be 18 years or older, and be in a legal State.  Then a deposit of atleast 50% must be made to hold your glider.  Payments may be made thru PayPal (included fees) or money order, cashier check. Sugar must be paid in full before wean date. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. It may be transfered from one glider to another.  If something should happen to the glider you have placed a deposit on you will be offered the very next oop baby or one of your choosing.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I reserve the right to cancel the adoption, for any reason, whatever is the best for the Joey.  If I cancel the adoption you will be given a full refund. If you the buyer should back out of the contract you will NOT receive any refund.  

WEAN DATE

Babies will be weaned between 8 and 12 weeks depending on eating and drinking abilities on its own using the bathroom on its ownand health. All babies will be weaned on the BML diet.  I take great pride in raising my babies and they will not be released until they are ready and healthy. 

PICK UP AND SHIPPING

Once all payments have been received and cleared I will arrange a pick up time with you. I will deliver within 1 hour of my office for an  addition $20.00 gas money.  If shipping I will get all shipping records and coorespond with you date and shipping availability.  All shipping charges will include ticket, shipping crate and gas. You will receive a break down of those charges before the shipping date. You will receive a birth certificate, and health chart with your joey. For an additional $25.00 you can receive a Health Certificate from my exotic vet.

HEALTH GUARANTEE

You will receive a 72 hour health guarantee when yo receive your joey. This is  a standard guarantee.  I will suggest you take your new joey to an exotic vet within 48 hours of bringing your glider home or immediatley if it is showing any signs of illnesses. If within 72 hours your glider should pass away (die) and your vet finds it is a result of my establishment you will be offered a new glider. your vet will have to offer proof that it was not stress, man made injuries, flight injuries or a fight between gliders.

 We understand that sometimes a buyer can not keep an animal due to unforeseen circumstances. However if for any reason the Buyer can not keep the above said animal, the animal must be returned to Sandra Ball. Buyer shall be fully responsible for any and/or all cost occurred including but not limited to shipping, registration transfer, and copies of health records. Cr8zyanimalgirl aka Sandra Ball will not offer any refund or exchange for a surrendered animal.

NO ANIMAL CAN FOR ANY REASON BE SURRENDERED, GIVEN, TRANSFERRED OR IN ANY OTHER WAY SENT TO AN ANIMAL SHELTER, RESCUE OR SOLD.
